The cost of Biophysical250 is $3,400 for all services. You can order Biophysical250 by mail, or by calling 800 532 7092. There are 3 required forms that you will need to complete and sign.
Biophysical250 is currently available in the United States (except New York, Hawaii and Alaska - please consult this list for specific information), England, Japan and Canada. Additional markets are under development.

To Order All Other Tests
You can order a Biophysical by calling 800 532 7092. Our client services representatives will take your order by phone and provide you with all the information you need. There are no forms to complete at the time of order, however you will sign the Informed Consent Form at the time of your blood draw.

Can I order a Biophysical test directly, or does my doctor need to order it for me?
Whether you can order a Biophysical test directly, depends on which state you live in. Please see the attached list for your state's specific requirements:
- In many states, you can order a Biophysical test without a physician's order.
- In other states, a physician's order is required. In the few states where a physician's order is required, your results will be sent to your physician along with a copy sent to you. In a few states where a physician's order is required, you physician will receive your results and will pass them on to you. If your state requires a doctor's order, you may print the Physician Order Form for your physician to sign and you or your physician can then submit the form to Biophysical Corporation.

The charge for the Biophysical250 is $3,400 for a limited time. This cost is similar to, and in many cases far less than, the cost for physical examinations, elective surgeries and diagnostic procedures that consumers routinely undergo. Many Fortune 500 companies often spend more than $20,000 annually for individual health assessments for their executives. It would cost approximately $30,000-$40,000 to complete the various series of available blood tests that would even come close to the level of detailed analysis delivered by Biophysical250. In this light, Biophysical250 is considerably less expensive than alternate tests to measure the same data.
